Private parking onsite provided. Very clean bed in the double room, plus iron and ironing board, a work desk, and a TV set. Hot and free breakfast to start the day, outstanding food. Really clean building, convenient and decent location just off Palm Springs, the River shopping area and golf courses.

It was compact, well-appointed and with a balcony. The staff were competent yet not intrusive. Liked strategic location of the hotel.

Compact and reasonably spacious room available with nice view, office table plus bathroom. The pool area is good too. The quick check-in.

Hotel as a whole is modern and quiet, I loved it.

The rooms are well-appointed, the location is comfy.

Breakfast should be served at 6AM not 6:30AM

The girl working at the time seemed very upset at her job. Like I was a inconvenience to her while checking in.

Staff is friendly. Convenient to park and not having to go outside to to get to room.

The breakfast could be updated. Pre-cooked eggs/omelette/flat eggs? Perhaps made-to-order like other neighboring hotel won't fit in your facility but perhaps some new ideas on that matter.

Bathroom could be cleaner, Towels stiff and comforter needed to be clean- there was stains

We were moved 3 different times in two days. None of the electrical sockets worked, the towel bars, door handles were falling off the walls. The rooms were not clean, the air conditioner was as loud as a truck. The hotel was full of teenagers who made noise all night in hallways, running up and down causing major disruption. I heard another couple complaining at the front desk and saying same issues we had. Worst hotel ever.

I didn't like the way the staff and management handled the complaints we had. Sorry all we can do is move you again and again and again. One girl at the front desk said. We need you to pack up your room and get out, asap so our cleaners can get in to clean you can move to another room. Rude.

The continental breakfast was good.

The beds were a little small and noisy

The remodeled rooms were TERRIFFIC!! Finally, a bathroom mirror with makeup lights. Nicely decorated and modern..spacious too. The LOCATION could not have been better. Could walk to The Nest, Cactus Jacks, Ralphs, etc. Everything was close.

I like the location. They serve a nice breakfast.

The property is beginning to show its age with the paint and dingy carpet. The drapes were showing their age as well.

Great location and the staff were excellent.

Room smelled of mildew and the AC fan was positioned so it blew directly on the bed. Also, the AC controls were to obtuse.

The hotel is perfectly positioned just a short walk from the City of Palm Desert Civic Center Park and a few steps away from Elan Vital Galleries, making it easy to enjoy the local scenery and art .
